right before anyone says anythin i'm almost 100% sure it isnt the wheel balancing, just wondering if anyone knows what else it could be???

steering column loose/fucked? maybe. when you're parked up, check to see if theres movement in the steering wheel. if there is, it's deffo steering column mate :wink:

Dunno bout rattling, but the one on my punty seems to squeak a lot (particularly when Im trying to park etc!)
Will hae to get it looked at when shes back :(

how about the tracking--or steering rack--wheel bearing on its way out or
wrong tyre presure
it could be alot of things best take it to a garage asap and get them to confirm.
dose it happen after a certain speed or is it all the time.
i know that there is a little bush on the steering coloum/rack that i got replaced about 3 years ago that caused vibrations on the stearing wheel it could be that.
if it is the bush costs about £2.00 but the job takes about 3 hours to do.

it happens at about 70ish steering colum is fine as well :? might jus be cos its a cinq :lol: :lol: :wink:
