Yep. The common argument is that the deadline for any legal agreements was the 31st March - thats bullshit, cos it was then decided to give clubs up till May 31st to make arrangements for groundshares etc. Caley met that deadline.

The SPL wonder why no one goes to the football anymore? We should have gone down 2 seasons ago but were saved by this rule (I still reckon we should have gone down anyway, we lost the league!) Its absolute shite!
